Bella and Zac’s elopement was such a sweet and laid-back day. These high school sweethearts decided to skip the engagement process and instead dive straight into planning their intimate wedding at Melbourne Botanic Gardens. Amazingly, they pulled off a gorgeous celebration in less than four weeks! On a surprisingly warm winter day, they said their vows by the lake. With only three of their closest friends present, the whole scene felt intimate and personal. Furthermore, nature added a serene touch to their ceremony, making it effortlessly elegant.

Although Bella and Zac initially confessed to being a little camera-shy, you wouldn’t know it from their photos. However, as the day went on, their playful connection really began to shine through. Their laughter, shared glances, and quiet moments were a joy to capture. Consequently, these candid moments made their elopement even more memorable. I always aim to make couples feel at ease in front of the camera. In the end, Bella and Zac’s day was a perfect example of how beautiful spontaneous moments can be.

After the ceremony, we took a relaxed stroll around Melbourne, capturing fun and candid shots at Parliament House. In addition, we visited the city’s laneways for more creative photos. The day ended with a cozy gathering at the Cellar Bar—no fuss, just good drinks and a relaxed vibe.
