Marianne + Guy // Tanglewood Estate // Mornington Peninsula Wedding

As soon as these two mentioned kilts and bagpipes they had me hooked!

I remember getting a severe weather warning text on my phone the day before Marianne and Guy’s wedding, I had in the back of my mind that we may need to re-shoot their portraits once the day was over, we were after all expecting some sort of apocalypse!

The storm hit just as the ceremony was about to begin, guests were racing to the chapel and just as Marianne arrived, the car got bogged in muddy ground. I particularly loved this part of the day because she laughed hysterically all the way through it. Both her and Guy embraced their imperfectly perfect day and shrugged off the weather as a “true Scottish wedding”.

“Out of all the wedding prep, we were worried most about selecting our photographer as we wanted someone who would capture our special day without imposing or making us do awkward poses. From day one Sarah guided us through the process putting us to ease with her natural, and professional approach. Words cannot describe how much we love our shots, Sarah captured all the magic and then some, and even the wettest day in Victoria could not stop her taking stunning photos. Sarah is an absolute pro, and we can’t recommend her services more highly. Thanks again Sarah!”
